She was moving back to prevent him from grabbing onto her (the same way anyone does when someone is falling towards them) and she stepped back too far and fell in the water. Not saying it is or isn’t a sham, but the reaction is not unlike a normal reaction. Her reaction in part 2 after getting out the pool realizing she was flashing people was pure embarassment.

clearly, that was an accident. it’s not like he did it on purpose to trip. wedding planner/bride’s fault to stand on a board like that very close to water. that floor plan looks slippery too.
