Bill is a happy man !!!!!

shes so pretty!

In my opinion, Marilynn McCoo is undoubtedly one of the most studdingly beautiful & dynamically talented women in world history. Back in the day, I wanted to marry here so bad, lol!

@ wookieCookie thanks for this great video, they don’t make great songs like this nowdays…

Bill must be blind! A beautiful voice from a beautiful lady.

thanks for posting. haven’t heard this tune in years….I ‘ve always loved it as well as the Fifth Dimension.

@Beautifulmusiclistnr pure power!

It still sounds great 40 years later! The mark of a classic.

The beautiful voice of an angel!

@elkyuubi88 ……..Nyro was most unique!!

She is so beautiful.

Laura Nyro was an excellent songwriter

@ThrowMeAPillow can’t remember anything uplifting except maybe Leaving on a jet plane.

Every viet namn vet has a special song from that time, this was mine and still puts me in a long forgotten memory mode. Thank you for the post. Johnny K 101st airborne pathfinders.

were’nt the songs back then more uplifting?

Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis just celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary.

You wouldnt have to ask me twice Marilyn!!!!

What a great song. They and she was fantastic. What a great looking women and still is. The secret to her and Bill’s marrage, they say, is they were friends first…what a novel idea. Love you and miss you guys.

“Pure Class”

Marilyn McCoo is beautiful and has an absolutely amazing voice. Get chills listening to her voice on high notes.

my grandmother used to sing this to my grandfather.

I believe Marilyn McCoo is one of the great American popular singers. Her interpretions are entirely heartfelt, and her voice is both warm and cool, an unusual timbral quality that she shares with Vic Damone. Doesn’t hurt, either, that she is beautiful:).
Haven’t heard Billy Davis Jr. lately. But I recall him as a GREAT soul singer, very musical with a powerful voice — check him out in “Let the Sunshine In:)” -

I remember them singing this on TV in Vietnam with Bob Hope I guess- had several of their albums- great!

I agree….when I was growing up, the first thing I noticed was how unique they were. To perfection.
